Shipping & delivery.
Every order ships from our Sydney facility in insulated, tamper-evident packaging with the batch Certificate of Analysis included.

Dispatch, delays & damage
- —Orders placed before the 2:00 pm AEST cutoff on a business day are dispatched the same day. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once funds clear.
- —Delayed parcels: if tracking has not moved for 3 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
- —Damaged or short-delivered parcels: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the vial, and we will replace or refund.
- —We ship within Australia only. Delivery to a physical address is required — no PO boxes for temperature-sensitive lines.
